Owen's main gimmick is enabling him or someone on his team to hit more than once with their cards essentially doubling their damage. Mei Lin can use this as she is also a Passion character and works well with Owen's support. Mika will provide healing and protection while providing AP generation as Owen's card lean more on the expensive side.

Wind Charge is the most important card for the build as it will synergize with Mei Lin's Rising Dragon Spire. Wind Slash is used as an additional source of damage, while Wind Riding is used as a means to get Wind Charge back.

Mei Lin's Utility of Attack and Defense is used to stack passion cards for Rising Dragon Spire. Mika's Source of Water is used to gain AP to pull the combo off.

Though the build does not fully utilize Owen's attack cards, it's still a great damage buff to have, especially when Owen's cards are pulled by Mei Lin's Unity of Attack and Defense.

Use Source of Water for extra AP.
Use Mei Lin's Utility of Attack and Defense to create 0-cost basic passion cards.
Use the 0-cost basic passion cards from Utility of Attack and Defense.
Cast Wind Slash for huge damage.
Use Wind Charge to prime Rising Dragon Spire.
Use Rising Dragon Spire buffed by Wind Charge.
