Mika's best build is fairly simple as she only needs to focus on increasing the amount of wave stacks she gains and healing cards. She can be built in many ways without losing her identity of making the party stay alive with her heals and supplying characters with AP to use their expensive cards that it is highly advised to aim for a divine epiphany to one of her cards and duplicate it.
She is best suited with the 2/2/2 set consisting of Healer's Journey, Tetra's Authority and Seth's Scarab to further increase her healing output. Her favored chaos zone is Laboratory 0 to get her best equipment such as Overcurrent Shock Unit to deal fixed damage after drawing a card if you ever get the divine epiphany for it. Fragment of the Empty Void to get a better starting hand at the start of the battle and Superconductive Protein for a single card discount down to 0 AP at battle start.

Out of all the possible team combination for Mika, her highest performing team that utilizes her cards efficiently is Tressa and Cassius. This team revolves around generating Shadow Daggers for Tressa when the upgrade epiphany of Shadow Reload is active after each healing card used by Mika then utilizing the Triple 0 quest Cassius provides to gain morale, draw cards and use additional attack cards to stack more Agony when Curse and Cursed Gouge is active.
Mika and her playstyle revolving around healing and AP recovery makes her a perfect fit to any team that needs a healer on their side. This also makes her the top choice for higher difficulty chaos runs as she can make the party healthy all from start to finish without having to worry about mental breakdowns ending your run.

You want Mika's Source of Water to turn into a 1-cost epiphany that will reduce its cost down to 0 when you heal a portion of your health and gives you 2 AP instead of only 1. Do note that healing at full HP does not activate the recovery effect of this card.
Blessing of Waves is best when it has the epiphany version of it gaining 1 stack of Wave to progress it and give the party more AP while Whirlpool is better removed because any epiphany of it is not useful for this team and does not activate Shadow Reload.
Tactical Analysis on the other hand, should have the epiphany that adds an effect of a heal so that it can activate Shadow Reload at 0-cost even if it does not heal that much. This will ensure that you can keep on generating Shadow Daggers with ease.

Tressa's entire kit revolves around her having multiple copies of the upgrade version of Shadow Reload to gain multiple copies of Shadow Dagger for each healing card used. She also needs the increased Agony damage epiphany for Vital Attack to significantly increase the damage of all applied Agony to the enemy for 1 turn.
Cassius job in this team is to ensure that he can always choose the correct quest when playing Pop Eyed Popper and making sure that Dice Trick has the epiphany to create more quest cards after quest completion to increase the odds of getting more card draw and morale buffs.

Mika's best partner is Nyx as she can provide more max HP and healing output alongside the ability to give the party more damage boost after drawing a card for 1 turn. She also has the ego skill of discarding up to 3 cards and drawing that many cards to ensure that you will have the best hand.
However, she is part of the Arkhianon Supply which is the battlepass of this game, and the only way to get her is to pay for it with real currency.

The optimal Memory Fragment combination for Mika pairs the Seth's Scarab and Healer's Journey sets, while Healer's Journey is an optional set to further increase our survivability. Seth's Scarab is the best set for Mika since this provides a huge boost to Basic card heals by 20%, while the Tetra's Authority will give us more Defense as this scales with her healing as well.

For stats, you want Mika's stats to be as defensive as possible. Defense lets you scale your heal value higher which makes every heal move more efficient and lets you focus on other cards to use during battle and Health increase the max HP of your party. You can sprinkle in a bit of Ego Recovery for her substats as she scales her healing with it too due to her potentials but it is not truly needed.

Mika's best equipment can only be found in Laboratory 0. Her choice of weapon is Overcurrent Shock Unit to deal fixed damage after drawing a card assuming you get a draw divine epiphany for her otherwise, she doesn't really have anymore equipment that can fit her in Laboratory 0. Fragment of the Empty Void to get a better hand at turn start by discarding up to 3 cards and drawing that many and Superconductive Protein for a single card discount down to 0 AP at the start of battle.

If you aren't able to get the best, you can settle for these equipment that can be found in any chaos zone inside shops. Flashbang for the start of battle 3 stacks of Weaken to a single enemy or randomly spread to multiple enemies. Titan Combat Suit for extra healing after getting hit. Magic-Infused Sapphire to instantly reduce a full bar of tenaciy to all enemies at battle start.

Since you will always use her in chaos runs, we recommend trying to get a save data for her with a draw 1 divine epiphany on either Source of Water or Tactical Analysis then duplicate it when you get the chance as this will greatly enhance her usefulness in many teams.
Mika specializes in making use of the Wave buff, which allows her to generate an Action Point on the 3rd stack. This is incredibly useful for setting up a wide variety of team compositions to continue using high-value cards due to your high AP count.
For example, if Mika has 2 out of 3 wave stacks and used a card that grants her 2 wave, the team will gain 1 AP and reset her wave stacks and the excess wave will be carried over.

Her basic attack card and Whirlpool doesn't have any use in any of her builds or team composition as she doesn't much of an attack stat. It is better removed so that Mika can cycle through her cards much faster and avoid clogging the deck.
