Prism Module Observation Issue Overview
Incorrect 5-Star Prism Module Granted
The developers have fixed an issue where players who selected a 5-star character to obtain a guaranteed Prism Module for that character instead received one for a random 5-star combatant.
A total of 92 affected players have received their selected 5-star Prism Modules via in-game mail. All players, even those unaffected, will also receive 30 Prism Lenses as compensation for the issue.
