This is a patch summary for the February 25 patch udpate in Chaos Zero Nightmare (CZN). Learn about the february 4 patch update including all the buffs, changes, and all new content update.

February 25 Patch Update Summary

Season 2 Chapter 2 Story Update
The continuation of the game's season 2 story will begin after the patch update. To experience the new content, you'll need to complete phase 1's story.
The Great Rift Update
The Great Rift makes a return and will feature the new colossal type enemy with breakable body part. To proceed with the battle, you'll need to eliminate both of the colossi' hand to open its vulnerable head. This Great Rift season will focus on single big hitting combatants such as Nine with other expected combatants to join the competition which have big damage multipliers such as Haru and Kayron.
Environment Variable Update
The Zero System will obtain a new season-exclusive upgrade to enhance the second season's experience. This secondary tree will utilize a new resource and can be leveled up to gain season 2 exclusive chaos mode perks such as refinement rerolls and unlocking the new burning life secret boss.
New Currency: Memory of Light
To upgrade the season 2's Environemnt Variable skill tree, you'll need to gather the new resource Memory of Light. The Memory of Light can primarily be obtained on completing Codex and Burning Life chaos zone.
2nd Supply Store
The second batch of the supply store will also get an update. Similar to season 1, the second batch will include the Omega Code which will let you enhance a chosen combatant's ego by 1.

The new 5 star combatant and partner will be added after the maintenance update. Tiphera is a 5 star order controller and can buff the team's next damage card's hit multiplicatively via her creation cards while providing heals, shields, and AP. Tiana is her designated support that can amplify the team's damage via her passive effect while also boosting the team's critical chance.

Basin of Hyperspace New Season
The new basin of hyperspace will begin which will be focused on Tiphera. The season's basin will focus on skill card exhaust to buff defense-based damage against a random enemy.
Protos Sync System
A new feature called the Protos Sync System will be added to the game. Depending on your captain level, you'll be able to adjust a combatant's level and potential. The higher your captain level, the higher the chosen combatant's level and potentials will be.
Sands of Time Recharge
The ability to recharge the Sands of Time will be added to the game. You can recharge it 8 times per day and will consume crystals per recharge. Recharge is not available while participating in the Great Rift.

New Achievements and Memory Fragment Quality of Life Improvements
The achievemnts can now be sorted to allow you to view them via completion and or requirement order. The Memory Fragment also got several new filters and sorting options.
New Unigram Stories
Khalipe and Cassius's story will be added to the unigram. Once you view their bond 3 stories, exclusive perks will be displayed. The skip feature on the Unigram isl also improved.
Arkhianon Supply Update
The existing Arkhianon Supply (Battle Pass) is getting a 900 crystal addition to the special date while certain reward quantity will also be increased. The special data after level 51 will also be changed to 1 Core of memory.
Spectral Cube Update
The Spectral Cube will get a new shop option called ★5 Combatant Selection Ticket. This will let you obtain a combatant from the starting 5★ combatant roster which are Luke, Khalipe, Magna, Rin, Orlea, Mei Lin, Veronica, Renoa, Hugo, Kayron.
