| Flash Slash Epiphany is best tied with Morale 3. You can also use Flash Slash' epiphany 2 to make the build more AP efficient at the cost of damage but is not recommended. | ||
With her balance change with new epiphanies that lets her double down on single target hit, focusing on inspiration effect as well as stacking morale from flash slash is one of the best ways to maximize her DPS.
With a card draw-focused combatant, you'll be able to activate 8 inspiration effects with this setup as all epiphanies are capable of activating inspiration. Prepare to Subdue will also draw 2 cards to guarantee obtaining more inspiration that will let you reobtain your entire deck every turn. Couple this with Freezing Blade's double 120% hit and you're able to shred through bosses just from the follow up hits from activating inspiration.
Morale also affects Freezing Blade's double hit which makes Flash Slash's capability to obtain 3 morale just that more valuable for the build.

Veronica is the best combatant to bring along with Yuki as her Repose can target draw Yuki's card as it only draws cards from other combatants. Rei is another combatant that's best to bring due to her ability to thin out her own cards via exhaust which allows Veronica to focus on drawing Yuki's card once her upgrade cards are used up as well.

Yuki's goal is to activate all of her inspiration effects then activating these cards to maximize their effects while also lessening their total card cost. Removing Rapid Slash and Flowering Parry is recommended as they clog your combo but retaining Longsword Slash is best as it costs 0 whiel also working as an inspiration trigger for Freezing Blade as long as her potential 3-1 is active.

Veronica's cards must have the 0-cost Repose and the draw 2 Sir Kowalski to help cycle through your decks. Precision Aim is also a decent card draw attack card that lets you hide an uninspired card back to the deck.
For Rei, her most ideal setup is reducing her card set so that all of her cards except Predator's Blade will be maintained after 1 deck cycling. Nutrient Absorption and Ebony Lumen is a great combo that will let us get a burst of card draw at the start of the fight once we obtain a refinement for Rei that lets her draw exhaust cards at the start of the battle.
Ideally, you'll want to have 2 Predators Blade and 2 Snack Time to exhaust the Ebony Lumen.

Scarlet is the best partner to use for Yuki due to the massive amount of multipliers that Scarlet provides. Her flat damage multiplier is much higher than Westmacott and comboing her cards gives you Scarlet's Focus effect that amplifies your damage as long as you only use her attack cards which is easy to do once we have Contaminated Spores and all her cards from Veronica's Repose and her Prepare to Subdue draws.

Lillian is a much more affordable partner that functions similarly to Scarlet. Having 4 copies guarantees a 16% attack stat bonus and you also get an additive 20% damage to all your attack cards once inspired. Prepare to Subdue and Contaminated Spore all adds up to 3 skill cards as well which lets you maximize Lillian's +60% damage buff. |

The best memory fragment sets for Yuki are the triple 2 piece set of Cursed Corpse for a 10% multiplier, Executioner's Tool Set for crit damage bonus, and Black Wing for the attack stat bonus. All these three synergizes well to give Yuki all the damage bonuses she needs to clear both single target and AoE content.

For the sub-stats, prioritize the attack stat as she scales off of it well. Her potentials also need the attack stat so a decent 850-900 attack should be enough since the equipment and memory fragment sets will fill the rest of the requirement to reach 1000+ attack.

With the phase out of Laboratory 0 and Burning Life's emphasis on exhaust effects, our best setup now relies on aiming for Senectus' mythics and gaining the Intellect of Discord weapon as our best equipment choice. Most of our gear are also focused on maximizing critical strike benefits such as Fairy King's Crown and Call of the Ancient Spirit for sustain against longer content.

Avoid Using Unactivated Inspiration Cards
A lot of Yuki's cards has the Inspiration tag therefore, do not use it when the Inspiration effect is not active as it is often bad to play because it costs more or deals less damage. Play draw cards first to find a way to activate Inspiration or shuffle your deck.
Multiple Inspiration Activation Does Not Work
Some of Yuki's cards, such as Trickery Strike, can activate Inspiration effects without having to draw it. However, a card with an already activated Inspiration cannot reactivate the same effect when in hand. Also, Yuki's cards cannot activate Inspiration effects from other combatants.

Khalipe, Cassius, Yuki is hella good. kinda weird not to see her as a alt teammate here, fixes the survivability problem and with her X card is able to retain all cards that turn and AP is not really a problem.
