Pity can carry over between limited banners in Chaos Zero Nightmare. When a Limited Banner ends, your current pity (e.g., 50/70 rescues) will carry into the next banner of the same type instead of resetting. You can pull on this banner to build pity for the next one!

Should You Pull For Chizuru?

No, Especially if You Have Another Void DPS Already Built

Chizuru is the second featured character banner in the Forbidden Catalyst Season alongside Rei and Tressa as the two rate-up 4-star characters. Chizuru is a single-target void DPS capable of stacking hit counts using for her Shadow of the Moon card to deal massive damage to a single enemy or boss after a few turns. You can also create multiple copies of her basic attack card with Oni Hunt and buff it to deal tons of damage similar to Mei Lin.

She is not a must pull as there are void DPS characters much stronger than her like Tressa. For that, only pull for her if you like her design or how she plays since there are more than 1 viable build for her that can almost reach the strength of high tier characters or if you are fascinated by her character design regardless of how strong she is.
