Each Manifest Ego will require one Memory Code - Nia and the Ego Manifestation from the previous stage.

Nia can be a decent healer thanks to her Potential 3-1 that makes her Amp Theraphy heal when an extra attack activates when unlocked. Some of her unique cards also has a built in healing whenever a discard occurs.
Nia's G Chord card lets her activate the top card of the draw pile without using its cost. This lets you activate 2 cost and above cards for only 1 AP.
Note that you do not have any way of knowing what card activates. To mitigate this you can pick the epiphany that lets you choose one of the top 3 cards to activate or use Adagio to put a card in your draw pile then activate it with G Chord but that will cost 2 AP and is much better used with cards costing 3 or more.
For most of Nia's cards, she gains a decibel stack. This activates whenever your draw pile is out of cards, and each character in your party will perform an extra attack. This incentivizes teams with characters that scale off of extra attack damage and have high attack stats, such as Hugo or Selena.
