Service Issues on Launch Compensation

The service issues that appeared on launch caused disrupted playthroughs and progress, and everyone will be compensated for that. All players will receive 10 Signal Amplification Anchors each week, for a span of 5 weeks.

Here is the schedule for the compensation distribution that will span for 5 weeks. It starts on November 2, 2025 and ends on December 7, 2025.

Compensation Rewards

Total of 50 Signal Amplification Anchors

Director

All players will receive 10 Signal Amplification Anchors each week for a total of 50 starting November 2, 2025 until December 7, 2025. These can be used to get the rate up character on the Limited Banner. You can claim the gift via the in-game mail.
