Zero System Explained

Harder Chaos Manifestation

Chaos Zero Nightmare - Harder Chaos
Zero System is the same as Chaos Manifestation but the game generates a chaos for you called Codex which has randomized penalties that makes the run harder instead of a static difficulty increase.

Exploration records are still counted after each run for that chaos and will give you the respective rewards for it. Therefore, it is better to play Zero System insead of Chaos Manifestation once you unlock it.

Higher Save Data Value

Chaos Zero Nightmare - Very High Save Data
Zero System has a much higher save data value compared to Chaos Manifestation letting you save more powerful cards and equipments after a run.
