Pity Carries Over Between Rate-Up Banners
Pity can carry over between limited banners in Chaos Zero Nightmare. When a Limited Banner ends, your current pity (e.g., 50/70 rescues) will carry into the next banner of the same type instead of resetting. You can pull on this banner to build pity for the next one!

Should You Pull For Itsuku?
Yes, Only if You Want Chizuru at Full Power
Itsuku is the second featured partner banner in the Forbidden Catalyst Season released alongside Chizuru. Her kit revolves around increasing the base attack stat of the user and buffing the damage of cards that can stack to each other which only Chizuru can do. She can also deal fixed damage passively as long as the wearer can hit 3 or more times per attack card.
However, only pull for Itsuku if you want to use Chizuru at her full power because she is currently the best partner for her even at base manifest ego. Otherwise, other psionic partners can nearly match her power especially if you have high manifest ego on them.
Not Great With Other Psionic Characters
Her performance with other psionic characters is below the other 4-star or even 3-star psionic partners. Two out of three of her passives will not activate with the current lineup for the psionic role and only the increase to base attack will work to other characters that is not Chizuru alongside the unique buff she provides with her ego skill.
