The Loot Certification Card will refill every weekly reset, which every Sunday at 6 PM UTC+0. It will automatically replenish once the clock hit that time.

Use Aether to Loot Once Cards are Depleted

Use Aether to Loot Chaos Rewards

If you already exhausted all of your Loot Certification Cards, you can use 60 Aether to loot the rewards. However, it's not ideal to use Aether to loot on lower difficulties and early stages, as you can get the same amount of EXP but better and targeted materials if you use it on Simulations instead.

Note that you can't manually replenish Loot Certification Cards using Aether before doing a Chaos Manifestation run. You will need to use all of the cards first before you can use this method!

You can use the Loot Certification Card after completing your run in the Chaos Manifestation to get the Chaos Loot containing variety of rewards. You can choose not to use the card, but you won't get the rewards at the end.

Note that you will start the game with 4 Loot Certification Card.
