You can get currencies used for pulling Combatants and Partners by exchanging Crystals. You can do this from the Exchange Shop, or you can pull on the banner to convert the Crystals automatically for you.

You can use Crystals to restore Stamina for the Simulations. It should help you get the materials you need for your characters quickly when you recover Stamina using Crystals.
You can recover Stamina 8 times daily, but the price of each recovery will increase.

Completing your Dailies to get a total of 60 Crystals per day. You must collect a total of 100 points by completing specific missions to get the Crystals and other rewards.

You will earn 300 Crystals for each section you complete in the Growth Guide. The missions for the Growth Guide is tied to your game progress, and you can always check them through the Activity Tab.

You can get 300 Crystals every time you increase your Account Level by 5. You can level up your account by doing Simulations, Story and Battle Missions, and Chaos Manifestation.
You can claim the rewards through the Activity Tab.

Clearing Battle Missions will net you several Crystals for clearing them and earning all the stars. A regular Battle Mission will have 30 Crystals upon completion and another 25 Crystals for collecting all 3-Stars.

Story Missions are non-combat content where you can get easy Crystals just by watching through them. You can unlock more of the Story by progressing through the Battle Missions and Chaos Manifestation.

Chaos Manifestation is the roguelike content of the game where you can battle and train your characters to get better cards and stats. Clearing a full stage of Chaos Manifestation will net you several Crystals if take the rewards using the Loot Certification Card.
You can also get few Crystals once the Exploration Level goes up to specific levels.

Completing achievements and checking out the tutorials will get you a few Crystals. You can check the Achievements and Tutorial Tab in the main menu or through the Menu button on the upper right.

You will get Crystals from the developers from time to time and you can claim them through the Mail. Check the mail daily and look for announcements to see if there's a new gift in the mail!
