Haru Haru Mika Mika Cassius Cassius
CZN Build - ProHigh single-target damage

CZN Build - ProPerfect counter for enemies with a lot of shields

CZN Build - ConAP Hungry team

Haru is the main DPS of this team capable of destroying single target enemies especially if they are Justice attribute and can put up shields. Due to how costly it is to cast Anchor Shot, Mika can help easen up AP requirements and help the team survive attacks while Cassius provides card search and draw to help Haru get all of her cards to setup a high damage dealing Anchor Shot.

Support Sub-DPS
Mika Mika Cassius Cassius

Haru performs best alongside Mika and Cassius because they can help supplement the high cost of her cards while also accelerating her card cycling. This allows for more consistent access and use of Haru's highest-damage cards such as Anchor Shot.

Alternative Team Members

Character Explanation
Magna Magna Magna can replace Cassius as the team's sub-DPS. She offers higher damage, especially against enemies weak to Justice, and provides additional shielding. This, combined with Mika's healing, makes your team very tough.

Note that Magna fits the team best if your setup allows Haru to cycle Anchor Shot effectively. This typically involves obtaining multiple copies of Anchor Pointer and selecting the upgrade for Anchor Shot that creates additional copies of itself.
Beryl Beryl Beryl can be a substitute to Cassius as the team's Sub-DPS and buffer. Aside from being able to deal damage, she can also use Guilty Pleasure to cycle cards faster and Unlimited Firepower to boost the damage of Haru's next Attack card
Veronica Veronica Veronica is a good sub-DPS for Haru as she is very easy to play and does not consume much AP, so you can reserve your AP for Haru. You can also take advantage of her Repose to potentially draw Haru's cards.

Haru's best deck build revolves around cycling and using Anchor Shot continuously to deal continuously increasing high single-target damage. Anchor Point, upgraded with either the Critical Chance buff (for increased damage potential) or Retrieve (to consistently acquire Anchor Shot), is highly recommended. This card remains valuable even when using supports that cycle cards for you, like Cassius.

Power Charge, despite not having any direct synergy with the other cards, is a great addition to deal with multiple enemies. You can choose the upgrade that allows this card to become 1-cost after casting a Justice card so that you can reserve AP to guarantee casting Anchor Shot.

Charge Energy and Lift Anchor are buff cards that can drastically boost your Anchor Shot damage, so it is great to use them if you have the AP to spare.

For your team members, it is ideal to focus on upgrades that will give you AP and help you cycle your cards faster. Mika's Wave mechanic and Source of Water allow you to gain AP, which is very valuable for Haru as most of her cards have high costs. Cassius, on the other hand, can help you get your Anchor Shot early through continuous card draw or through his Joker card.

Partner Details
Asteria Asteria Passive Effect:
Light of Ark - The assigned combatant's attack cards with a cost of 2 or more deal +25% damage +10% Damage of the assigned Combatant's Pulverize cards.
Ego Skill:
Starshine-piercing Lighthouse - +20% Damage of the next Attack card used by the assigned Combatant for the total cost of all cards in the hand (Max 10)

Haru's best partner is the one that came with her banner, Asteria. Her kit directly increases the damage of Anchor Shot through her passive effect and Ego Skill. The Ego Skill specifically allows you to deal more damage based on the total cost of all cards currently in your hand, which suits Haru's high-costing cards.

Alternative Budget Partners

Partner Explanation
Ritochka Ritochka Ritochka is a great alternative as she is quite literally the budget version of Asteria, only with a lower ceiling when it comes to multipliers. However, her Ego skill can help make up the difference by giving the team 3 Morale for the turn
Lillian Lillian Lillian is a decent partner option if you lack Ritochka or Asteria. While her initial passive effect is less relevant, her secondary effect stacks attack damage per skill card used. This can significantly boost damage if you manage to play Anchor Pointer, Charge Energy, and Lift Anchor together. Additionally, her Ego Skill aids card cycling and can potentially start your combo.

The best Memory Fragment set for Haru combines the Line of Justice (4-piece) and Executioner's Tool (2-piece) effects. This combination grants an additional 20% Critical Chance and 25% Critical Damage, respectively. For both main stats and substats, prioritize Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Attack, and Justice Damage.

For your saved data equipment, The Destruction of Erysichthon is a decent option as it offers a small chance to trigger Anchor Shot twice. Chains of Obsession decreases your health for shields, a manageable trade-off since Mika can provide healing for your team. Lastly, Pulsating Egg is somewhat difficult to obtain but grants increased damage, which is always a welcome addition.

Focus on Cycling Cards Until You Get Anchor Shot

Haru's damage is very reliant on a single card, Anchor Shot, so you will want to focus on getting that card into your hand and casting it as often as possible. Utilize Cassius' ability to speed up your deck cycling by drawing cards.

Another valuable tip is to keep your deck thin. Remove unwanted cards through unknown events or Dellang's Shop during Chaos Manifestation runs.

Use Your Skill Cards to Setup Your Anchor Shot Combo

Your Skill Cards are the key to dealing as much damage as possible. Whenever possible, make sure to use these cards in tandem to reach the highest damage you can. The ideal combo is:

  1. Cast Anchor Point to put Anchor Shot into your hand.
  2. Use Charge Energy to increase your Anchor Shot's damage.
  3. Use Lift Anchor to further boost the damage of your Anchor Shot. Note that this step is optional, as you might not have enough AP to cast Anchor Shot afterwards. Only do this if you have stacks of Wave or Source of Water available.
  4. Use your partner's Ego Skill if you have Ritochka or Asteria equipped.
  5. Cast Anchor Shot to deal massive damage.

my favorite unit so far, it's preferable to pick discard card or combo+1 hit on anchor shot, my haru is lvl50 and deal like 2k-4k anchor shot each time

In late game build i swear Haru will be your good hitter just need maintain crit rate, crit damage in memmory fragment and Boom easy damage since Haru Card anchor pointer have epipany can give her easy 25% crit chance if your crit chance low for crit stability, or if your crit good enough we can move give anchor pointer vulnerable option for MORE damage
