Growth is for the level up materials and units for upgrading your Combatants and Partners. You can play through this and spend 20 Aether up to 60 Aether to get the level up materials and Units.
Note that Growth is unlocked by default, meaning you can do this as soon as you unlock the Simulation.

The Combatants section is for the promotion materials of Combatants. It is separated into 6 categories, one for each character type in the game.
You can spend 20 to 60 Aether to get the materials. Note that Combatants content is unlocked by default, and you can do it once you get access to Simulation.

The Partners section of the Simulation is for the promotion materials of Partners. Similar to Combatants, they have 6 categories which is equivalent to each character type in the game.
You can also spend 20 to 60 Aether to get the promotion materials. The Partners section is unlocked by default, which means you can do it immediately once you get access to Simulation.

The Potential section is for unlocking the Combatant's Potential to give them additional stat or card boosts. It has 5 categories that correspond to the Attributes in the game.
It uses the same amount of Aether as the Combatants and Partners, which is 20 to 60 Aether. Potential is also unlocked once you get access to the Simulation.

Memory Fragments section is for getting Equipment Sets for your Combatant. There are 6 equipment slots available, and each Memory Fragment will have their own stat and substats. Memory Fragments have 10 stages that you can enter to get your desired equipment.
You will need to reach Captain Level 25 to unlock Memory Fragments and clear each previous stage once to unlock the next higher stages each time.
Challenges

There are two stages in the Challenges section of the Simulation, Wailing Prodigal and Fear Encountered. You will be fighting stronger Story Bosses here and get the materials for upgrading the higher level Potentials. You can only obtain rewards a maximum of 3 times per week.
Wailing Prodigal is the only one available at the start. You will need to progress to the Episode 4 of Chapter 5 to unlock Fear Encountered. You must consume 30 Aether to get the rewards. Challenges get unlock in the Simulation once you clear Chapter 3.
Basin of Hyperspace

Basin of Hyperspace is a Battle Mission content where you need to clear each basin using Two Teams. There are two stages in Basin Hyperspace, which are the Dimensional Dawn and Twilight. Dimensional Dawn is unlocked once you get access to Basin Hyperspace, but the Dimentional Twilight will only release after clearing the 10th Basin of Dimensional Dawn.
Basin of Hyperspace unlocks once you get to Captain Level 30 in the game.

How to Unlock Simulation
Finish a Chaos Manifestation Run
You can unlock Simulation by following the tutorial and finishing one Chaos Manifestation run in the game. The game will forcefully take you to Simulation once you unlock it, so you won't miss it!
