How to Play Khalipe

Gain Shields and Deal AoE Damage
Khalipe specializes are dealing tons of AoE Damage while also providing the team with decent Shields to survive enemy attacks. Majority of her Shield cards such as Rally, Overpower, and Absolute Protection are paired with a few bonus effects that can help her team either draw a high-cost card, deal Tenacity AoE Damage, and apply Retain to all hand cards for a turn.
As for AoE Damage, her best cards include Greatsword Aquila which works in tandem with Vulture Ejection in your hand to deal more damage, and Upward Slash that can be upgraded to have AoE Damage once you have her 3-1 Potential activated.
Trigger Celestial Effects with 2-Cost Cards
Vulture Ejection is one of Khalipe's most powerful cards as it comes with the Celestial effect that allows you to use the card for free whenever you use any 2-Cost Card in your hand. This makes Khalipe a perfect pair for any character that makes use of 2-Cost Cards such as Beryl and Haru.
Stack 3 Silver Veils for AoE Damage
Khalipe makes use of a unique buff called Silver Veil, which allows you to deal 400% Defense-based AoE Damage whenever you have 3 stacks. You can gain Silver Veil stacks whenever you use Vulture Ejection or from triggering an Epiphany bonus effect for Rally and Greatsword Aquila.
Do note that you will lose all your Silver Veil stacks once you activate it so make sure you start regaining stacks again whenever possible.
