The Eternal Moment is purely cosmetic, and does not make your cards or characters stronger in any way. Its sole benefit is to make a card's static image move.

Fortunately, the banner uses an exclusive currency, Prism Lens, for pulls. Thus, only pull on this banner if you have the Prism Lens for it. Otherwise, you are better off investing in other banners.
