Since Chaos Zero Nightmare just released, it would be good to pull from the Combatant Rescue Banner to get a variety of characters or dupes to establish your deck. However, it is recommended to prioritize pulling from the Special Request or Haru Banner first to potentially get better units.

The chance for a 5-star Combatant is 1% on your 1st - 57th Rescue. The chances increases by 4.5% per Rescue on the 58th - 69th Rescue, then the 5-star Combatant is guaranteed on the 70th Rescue.

Missing units. I believe after the event banner ends, they replaced here. I say this as I've obtained a Luka and Yuki from this banner after theirs ended.
