Renoa is a bit different compared to the other bullet users in this game because she wants to ignore the bullets and discard it. Her build revolves around buffing her Dirge Bullets with Rei and helping her discard it with Nia while also providing heals after extra attacks. This build can easily go wrong if you don't have the epiphany that exhausts the Dirge Bullets you accumulated.

Rei and Cassius are the best supports for a great Renoa team. Rei will grant damage buffs to Renoa's attacks, while Cassius will be responsible for pulling back Renoa's Echo of Sorrow and Flower of Devoured Fate to create as many Dirge Bullets as possible.

Another build setup for Renoa is to rely on Nia and Cassius to recycle the discarded Dirge Bullets for an even bigger damage burst. Cassius is responsible for to place all discarded Dirge Bullets back into the draw pile, while Nia transfer all cards from the draw pile to the discard pile, reactivating all Dirge Bullets.

The most important cards for Renoa is the Echo of Sorrow and Flower of Devoured Fate. Essentially, you'll want to create as many Dirge Bullets as possible to amplify the damage of Renoa's Last-Ditch Assault card.
Keep in mind that using the Flower of Devoured Fate to discard Dirge Bullets in exchange for another set of Dirge Bullets does not remove the follow-up attack of the discarded bullets.
Ballad of Pitch Black is used as an extra damage card. While Instant Judgement is used for dealing extra damage without the need to cast the card.

You'll want Rei's Resonating Darkness to boost all of Renoa's attack cards, while Cassius's Shuffle is extremely useful for stacking more Dirge Bullets. As a bonus you can also use Rei's Snack Time to forcefully draw Last-Ditch Assault.

The optimal Memory Fragment set combination for Renoa uses the Offering of the Void (4-piece) and Black Wing (2-piece) effects. The Offering of the Void set activates easily whenever you exhaust a Dirge Bullet, while the Black Wing set provides a direct Attack% increase. This combination is also efficient for farming, as both sets drop from the same simulation.
For both main stats and substats, prioritize Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Ego Recovery, and Void Damage.

A stronger alternative to the Black Wing set is Executioner's Tool. One cycle of the build revovles around discarding cards to draw Dirge Bullets for Renoa's Last-Ditch Assault. The draw order is as follows:
- Use Resonating Darkness to boost Void card damage.
- Use Echo of Sorrow to create Dirge Bullets.
- Use Flower of Devoured Fate and discard the Dirge Bullets from Echo of Sorrow.
- Use Shuffle to pull back Echo of Sorrow and Flower of Devoured Fate for more Dirge Bullets.
- Cast Black Thorn (Ego Skill) to take all Dirge Bullets.
- Use Snack Time if available to forcefully draw Last-Ditch Assault.
- Use Last-Ditch Assault to unleash all damage stacked from Dirge Bullets.

JuraiNashiro about 1 monthId say dont use Offering of the void as her memofrag, you dont want her DIRGE BULLET stack to go to the EXHAUST pile, or else it will ruin her rotation of retrieving them back again using her UNIQUE EGO skill, rather using Conqueror Aspect 4 set since her card cost is only 0-1 at max

I agree, I’ve been using Renoa since the game launched. I’m level 50 now and using her in the endgame. In my opinion, she’s excellent when using Dirge Bullets as her main source of damage, especially if you have her 2 Ego manifest, so Offering of the Void isn’t a good option, imo. By the way, I usually run her with Nia and Rei for regular farming, and with Nia and Magna for bosses. I couldn’t really use her with Cassius, but that might just be because I’m not used to playing him much.
