Restart the Game and Client
A patch may have been deployed, and you just need to update your game. Close your game and client then reopen them to check for any updates.
Reinstall the Game
The current live version of the game may be clashing with the beta playtest version, so make sure to uninstall the beta version and reinstall the game to have its latest version.
Restart Your Internet
The issue may also be your own internet connection. Another general fix would be to restart your internet and trying to connect again.
