How to Get Iron

Refined in a Smelter

Smelt Iron in Smelter
Iron is obtained by refining scrap iron using the smelter.

How to Get Required Materials

Material How to Farm
Scrap Iron Mined from Muddy Scrap Piles in Crypt dungeons in Swamp biomes.
Coal Burnt Food or made from the Charcoal Kiln.

Spawn with Console Command

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, Iron can easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing imacheater in the F5 console, and use the spawn Iron command to create the item.

    • Soap most likely originated from when people cooked food on a spit and the fat dripped on to the white ash in the fire and when combined with water it made a lather. Adding soap could introduce hygiene factors into the game. They could introduce it similar to how the hunger works, like, the better your hygiene, the more health/stamina you can gain. Making soap could consist of cooking meat over the spit, the fat mixing with ash and then mixing it with water could give you soap.
