Stones can be picked from the ground almost anywhere in the Valheim.
Things become more efficient once you craft a pickaxe. Look for any rock formations protruding off the ground and hit them with it.
Chipping away at these rock formations will produce stones until they completely disappear.
The Antler Pickaxe, in particular, can be crafted early-on in the game after you defeat the first boss, Eikthyr.
Later in the game, you can bait and evade the attacks of the Stone Golem in the Mountains Biome. The Stone Golem is able to destroy the terrain and other rock formations to make farming stone faster.
To have an unlimited supply of Stones, dig deep until you hit bedrock. You will know you have reached bedrock when can't dig further anymore.
Continue hitting the ground and it will still produce stones! We suggest creating a mini-base with roof and fire just so you could get both Rested and Sheltered bonus!
Comfort Level and Rested Explained

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, Stones can easily be spawned with the console command.
To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing imacheater in the F5 console, and use the spawn Stone command to create the item.

Soap most likely originated from when people cooked food on a spit and the fat dripped on to the white ash in the fire and when combined with water it made a lather. Adding soap could introduce hygiene factors into the game. They could introduce it similar to how the hunger works, like, the better your hygiene, the more health/stamina you can gain. Making soap could consist of cooking meat over the spit, the fat mixing with ash and then mixing it with water could give you soap.
