How to Get Ancient Bark

Obtained from Ancient Trees

Chop Ancient Trees

Ancient Bark can be obtained by chopping down ancient trees in the Swamp biome. Take note that not all ancient trees can be chopped down, only the smaller ones. You will know an ancient tree is choppable if it shows damage numbers when hit by a Axe.

Sunken Crypt Chests

You can also find some Ancient Bark in the Sunken Crypts. There is a chance that you can find Ancient Bark in the chests found in the dungeon!

Can Be Spawned with Console Command

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, Ancient Bark can easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing devcommands in the F5 console, and use the spawn ElderBark command to create the item.
