Crafting Materials Needed

Item Name	How to Get
Deer Hide x10	Enemy Drop from Deer or obtained from chests.
Feathers x2	Enemy Drop from Birds or obtained from chests.
Iron x20	Obtained by smelting Scrap Iron.

Spawn with Console Command

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, the Huntsman Bow can easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing devcommands in the F5 console, and use the spawn BowHuntsman command to create the item.

This recipe is missing the Fine Wood ingredient. I believe it is 10 Fine Wood, but I'm not in the game at the moment.
