The Fun, Funky, and Functional Accessory Shop is a shop where you can buy the Confetti Vacuum accessory. This accessory will allow you to pick up confetti from farther away.
To unlock the Fun, Funky and Fundamental Accessory Shop, you need to rescue the owner of the shop. You can find the Toad in Picnic Road.
At Picnic Road, near the entrance to the Earth Vellumental Temple, you'll find the Toad on top of the table near the Save Block. Hit it with your Hammer to rescue it.
After saving the Toad in Picnic Road, return to Toad Town and find the Fun, Funky, and Functional Accessory Shop, third house, west of the town's center (where you defeated the Paper Macho Goomba). It's the one with a yellow roof.
The Weapon and Item Shop is a shop where you can buy various helpful weapons and items that you can use in battle.

To unlock the Weapon and Item Shop in Toad Town, you need to rescue the Toad inside the Tower, near Peach's Castle's exit.
After rescuing the owner of the Weapon and Item shop, the Toad will return to his shop. However, the bridge is broken. Tear off the sticker to unroll the bridge.
You can find the Weapon and Item Shop on the east side of the Museum.
The Confetti Shop is one of the shops you can use to get Confetti fast. You can purchase additional Confetti in this shop for only 300 coins. However, the Snifit that is selling the Confetti is trapped inside a Paper Macho Goomba. Rescue the poor Snifit to access the shop!
To unlock the Confetti Shop, you need to rescue the Sniffit inside the Paper Macho Goomba. Defeat the Paper Macho by hitting the sticker on his back to free the Snifit!
You can find the Paper Macho Goomba at the top of the Mansion in Toad Town. To reach the rooftop, go to the east side of the mansion and hit the blue parasol near the Coffee Shop to make a Magic Circle come out.
Get on the Magic Circle and use the 1000-Fold Arms to tear open the wall to your left. Hit the parasol again to open it back up, and jump on top of the coffee shop to the parasol to the new platform. Then, climb the stairs, and defeat Paper Macho Goomba.
