There is no confirmed in-game instance where a double jump is possible in Paper Mario: The Origami King.
There are some places in the game, such as the house in Toad Town with the gap, where it may seem like double jumping is the way forward, but there is actually no way to do this. In each scenario, there is always another way around that does NOT involve double jumping.
