List of Contents
Objectives | |
---|---|
1 | After entering, Mario and friends will be pushed out by a horde of Folded Soldiers. Equip the Goomba Mask to go undercover, and head back into the Castle grounds. |
2 | Walk straight ahead, avoiding the enemies in the way. Go inside the Castle and through the red double doors. |
3 | Go to the seats in the front row and wait for the show to start. |
4 | When the spotlight shines on Mario, run onto the stage for a mini-game. Win the quick-draw mini-game against three opponents. Go back to your seat. |
5 | In the next scene, you'll have to defeat several Paper Macho Koopa Troopas in a real-time battle. Beat them all and go back to your seat again. Time your jumps to jump on their shells when they slide toward you, then hit them with the Hammer after they stop to defeat them. |
6 | Go up on stage again for a dance cutscene. After, you'll need to defeat a group of Paper Macho Shy Guys by timing hits with your Hammer. After defeating enough of them, the scene will end, and you can go back to your seat. Check the patterns of the Shy Guys to see where they will move, and time to swing at the right position. |
7 |
You'll start a battle with Rubber Band. Defeat it to destroy the Blue Streamer and increase your maximum confetti amount. ・How to Beat Rubber Band |
8 | After the cutscene, continue with the paddler to the Sweetpaper Valley. |
After you defeat Rubber Bands, congratulations – you've destroyed two of the five Streamers!
The Princess Peach Walkthrough
During the Quick Draw mini-game, objects and characters will move and rustle around to try to send jittery players' pistols a-poppin'. To avoid jumping the gun, instead of focusing on speed, keep an eye on all areas of the screen, as you never know where the Fire! sign will appear!
Unlike previous bosses, Rubber Band is not affected at all by Jump or Hammer attacks, as it will heal any damage you deal directly after. In addition, even if you use the 1,000-Fold Arms from one of the back two rows, it will deal only 1 damage.
You'll want to use the 1,000-Fold Arms from either of the first two rows to hit for 20-40 damage which it can't heal back. Be sure to arrange the tiles perfectly, focusing on activating and reaching a Magic Circle in the front two rows.
