How to Beat Behemoth | Boss Fight Strategy Guide

Behemoth Information

Basic Information

The Behemoth is the matured, larger, more powerful form of the Mauler, distinguishable for having grown prominent horns that it uses to balance itself as though they were a tail.

Tips and Strategies

General Tip

You have to use your environment to your advantage.

On the Rocks

You see that big rock formation in the center, that's going to be your best friend in this fight. As soon as the battle starts, stick close to that rock formation.

Run on Reloads

Unload your magazine on the Behemoth, and run the other direction every time you have to reload. If you have mods that inflict Status Effects better use them on the Behemoth so its health depletes even after you shoot it.

Kill the Maulers

Maulers are more agile than the Behemoth. Add their ranged attack, and they might mess up your rhythm. When you circle the rock formation, eliminate all Maulers in your path and make this fight a one-on-one.

Wild Charge

If you see the Behemoth charging up this skill, do not engage. Instead, remove yourself from its sight before the skill finishes charging. You cannot outrun Wild Charge.

Trample

Trample is a huge AoE attack that might force you into more open spaces. Luckily if you are on opposite sides of the rock formation, a few rolls can set enough distance from the attack radius.
