| You encountered the Wanderer again who, despite being Altered, asked you to clear the way to another Monolith, believing it "holds secrets". You agreed, if not out of curiosity, then for the compensation he offered. | |
Turning Point unlocks after reaching the Canyon of the Grand Obelisk during the Sacrifice main quest.
You also need to complete the side quest, Unknown Presence for it to appear on the map.
Talk to Wanderer at the camp to start the side quest.

While facing the Ferals at the archway leading to the Ruined Altar, you'll find some red urns in the area. Shoot at it while an enemy is nearby for a quick and easy kill.
