Historian - Evolution unlocks right after reaching The Caravel during the Humanity main quest.

| 3 |  Return with the Artifact to Madame Beauvior. |
Whenever the Crawler is about to use Frontal Sweep or Obliterating Beam, you can hide behind one of the pillars to block its attack.
Wait for the meter to fully deplete as the beam can still hit you even when moving away from the structure.
The Brood Mother is deadly when in close range as it attacks with a slash that hits twice. Fall back to the entrance to fight it at long-range.
