Legendary Items are considered unique items, not just by their appearances but also the mods that they have attached. Mods from Legendary Items are exclusive and cannot be found on other items.

Community Appreciation Package
Forgotten Chapel is a secret side quest that occurs during your time at the Ancient Ruins. Completing this side quest will reward you one Legendary Item.
Forgotten Chapel Quest Walkthrough
Big Iron is one of the side quests located at the Desolated Fort. After you complete the side quest, you can choose one selectable Legendary Weapon from Channa.
Collector Quests are lore-heavy side quests that require you to find collectibles from Earth. Finishing all of them will reward you one Legendary Item.
Wanted Quests involve hunting down high-profile targets for loot. Finish all of them and you will also get one Legendary item.
Hunted Quests have you track down and kill high-value monsters. Similar to the Collector and Wanted Quests, finishing every one of them will grant you one Legendary item.
World Tiers set the difficulty of your gameplay in the world of Outriders. Unlocking World Tiers 12 through 15 will reward you a Legendary Item from each succeeding World Tier.
