| All that remains between you and that Radio Tower is the Insurgents' stronghold in the mountains. Clear the way and send the cable car to Zahedi, so he can cross and triangulate the signal. | |

Insurgents will be aggressive in flanking you, so stay in cover and do not push your position. Otherwise, enemies will overpower you, resulting to your death. Use a Sniper to pick off far-reaching enemies and cast Immobilizing skills to slow down enemies moving towards you.
The last enemies of Frequency are three Elites: a Juggernaut Captain, an Ironclad, and a Cremator. You will have to deal with all three to finish the quest.
How to Beat Frequency Triad (Frequency Bosses)

Go to the top of the first Bunker. |

From the Snowy Plateau fast travel point, go behind the trenches to find the chest next to a dead body. |

As you enter to the first Encampment, go right to find the chest uphill. |

Look at your left after entering the door to the second Encampment. |

Enter the Bunker in the second Encampment. |

Enter the door after clearing the second Encampment and head downhill. |

Next to the ammo cache near the cable car to the Radio Tower. |

Enter the building opposite the Radio Tower and go to the far side of the room. |
