How to Unlock Sins of Our Fathers

Sins of Our Fathers unlocks after reaching Pax City during the Babylon main quest.

You also need to complete the side quest, Turning Point for it to appear on the map.

Inspect the bodies west of the Slaughtergrounds fast travel point to start the side quest.

Side Quest Icon.pngFollow the trail of blood.
Head to the glowing blue door to proceed to the quest area.

Outriders - Sins of Our Fathers Clear the Plaza
Side Quest Icon.pngClear the Plaza → Open the Gate.
Follow the blood trail and eliminate the enemies in the area.

Outriders - Sins of Our Fathers Protect the Wanderer
Side Quest Icon.pngProtect the Wanderer. → Talk to the Wanderer.
Enter the gate and watch the cutscene that follows. Eliminate all the enemies that appear. Head inside the gate and talk to the Wanderer to complete the side quest and to collect your reward.
