How to Beat Cremator | Boss Fight Strategy Guide
This is a guide to beating the Cremator in Carnage in the game Outriders. This article provides information on Cremator, recommended equipment and mods, as well as tested strategies for beating them.

Basic Information
The Cremator employs powers and weaponry to rival the Altered. When in close range, they unleash hell with a flesh-melting flamethrower. From afar, they fire incendiary shells with a mortar launcher carried on their back.
Tips and Strategies
General Tips
Even though headshots are sure killers, do not aim for the head. Instead use the area to run around to their back side and shoot them from the back targetting the gas tank strapped to their backs. This causes them to burn up and explode.
If you can, angle yourself to the corner by the right side, aim down your sights and fire away at the gas tank using your newly looted Rusty Bull&Eagle 75.
Recommended Level

Cremator is the first Elite you'll face in the game. You won't have any mods at this point. However, you have the option of using the Rusty Markson ZALT from the vantage point before entering the trenches.
Technomancer
Use Scrapnel to counter Cremator's Flame Charge. Set mines in front of you while you keep distance from Cremator's flamethrower. Set a Cyro Turret in the opposite direction to provide support and momentarily Freeze the Cremator.
Pyromancer
It is best to get to the side of a Cremator before you use Heatwave; you interrupt their skill momentarily and increases the chance of blowing up their gas tank.
Devastator
Use Earthquake to interrupt enemy skills. Roll to the side and aim at the gas tank.
If your first attempt to blow them up does not succeed, use Golem to provide an extra layer of protection while you wait for Earthquake to cooldown.
Trickster
You can set off your Slow Trap just after the Flame Charge activates to slow down the moment and make some distance before the Cremator slams to the ground. This puts you at a good advantage to position yourself and aim at the gas tank.
