This article is a guide to farming for Legendary Items in the game Outriders. To learn more about how to farm Legendary Items, read on.
List of Contents
Setting the World Tier to the highest available Tier gives you the best chance of encountering a Legendary Item drop. For the Outriders Demo, you will have to settle with World Tier 5, which grants you a +25% chance of a Legendary Item drop.
We advise you to unlock higher World Tiers only after reaching the maximum level of 30 so that all Legendary Items will be at the highest possible level when you get them. Higher World Tiers grant better chances of encountering Legendary Items.

Expedition Raids are a great place to farm for Legendary items, especially during the endgame. Increase your Challenge Tier and attain a Gold rank in every Expedition to increase your chances of earning Legendaries.

2. | Stargrave |
3. | Archways of Enoch |
4. | Boom Town |
5. | Colosseum |
6. | Heart of the Wild |
These maps have the most reasonable timers and relatively easier enemy composition. If you are looking into doing speedruns, or hitting gold, these maps are the best picks.
Once you complete all 10 Collector Quests, talk to Madame Beauvoir back in Rift Town and she will reward you with a Legendary Item. Talk to her again to reset the 10 quests all over.
Once you complete all 10 Hunter Quests, talk to Noah back in Trench Town and he will reward you with a Legendary Item. Talk to him again to reset the 10 quests all over.
Once you complete all 10 Wanted Quests, talk to Ujio back in Trench Town and he will reward you with a Legendary Item. Talk to him again to reset the 10 quests all over.
We recommend farming these quests in the highest World Tier to increase the chance of a Legendary Item Drop.
Rift Town's second Story Point paves the way for the buildup of the battle with Gauss at the Solar Tower. The more enemies you have to face, the better your chances are getting a Legendary Item drop.
In total, you will have to fight your way through 3 separate points: the Defensive Perimeter (A), the Ruined Outpost (B), and the Solar Panels (C).
1 | In the Lobby, select the second Story Point in Rift Town from the Timeline. |
2 | Talk to Shira to unlock the Solar Tower Quest. |
3 | Once the new mission is unlocked, head down to the Frontlines gate. |
4 | Clear the Defensive Perimeter to put up an Explorer Flag in Crossroads. |
5 | Clear the Ruined Outpost to put up an Explorer Flag in Rift Passage. |
6 | Clear the Solar Panels to secure an Explorer Flag in the Solar Tower Platform. |
7 | Once you clear the mission, you can repeat this as many times as you want to encounter a Legendary Item drop. |
Replaying Story Points is also a great way to farm for EXP points.

The Payback Side Quest offers the best chance of encountering a Legendary Item drop due to the sheer number of enemies you will have to face before you finish the quest.
1 | Go to Crossroads, travel using the Explorer Flag. |
2 | Alternatively, you can reach Crossroads by going through the frontlines. |
3 | Talk to Audrey Storm to replay the quest. |
4 | Enter the 'Payback' Area. |
You can repeat this Side Quest as many times as you want until you encounter a Legendary Item drop.
