Wanted - Blitzkrieg unlocks right after clearing the Retaliation main quest.

| 3 |  Claim the bounty from Ujio in Trench Town. |
While facing Blitzkrieg in the area, you can find some red urns around the area. Shoot at it while an enemy is nearby for a quick and easy kill.
Blitzkrieg uses Poisonous Shots which can easily whittle down your Health to critical level. Use your skills to interrupt this attack and led him next to the red urns to inflict Burn damage.
