In my honest opinion, no. You shoot and a very slow twister appears but most enemies will just walk out of it before the 5 seconds are up by following you. Small enemies go poof, bosses just shrug it off even if you manage to get it to stay there for the full 5 seconds. Ravenous Locust does more damage and since it does a wide area, you'll get both the small enemies and bosses even if they walk a bit. This mod needs a serious buff, shorter duration, or speed increase.
