If you are climbing through the Battle League or playing PvP in general, Flack can be great as she can debuff an enemy's EVD and healing by up to 50% for four turns (if she has her unique weapon at UR rarity). This can make her great in most teams coming up against tanks and enemies with high EVD (like Nina).

She also has support abilities in the form of a Debuff ACC and ATK buff that she gives to the allies with the highest ATK in her party. So if you have DPSs that can double as debuffers, Flack might be a good partner for them.

However, Flack might not see that much usefulness in PvE modes like the Main Quest, where you won't encounter/rarely encounter witches that rely on EVD or healing. Even if you do encounter healers, it might be better to use witches that can inflict Blight debuffs while being easier to get compared to Flack (Moddey or Amour, if you have them).

Flack Best Runes and Team Comps

Good as Support With One Copy, Needs More if Used as DPS

If you are planning to use Flack as a pure support, all you really need is one copy of her and her unique weapon at UR (maybe some SPD runes to help her catch up with her allies). But if you want her to act as a secondary DPS, raise her rarity to at least LR so she has the proper stats to deal enough damage.

You Don't Have Even a Single Crimson Character

Flack needs at least one other Crimson character in her party to take full advantage of her kit, especially her first active skill The Trick and The Shot - which raises her main EVD and healing potency debuff from 20% to 50%. If you don't have a Crimson character capable of running on your team aside from her, it might be best to hold back.

You Are a New Player

New players in general need to focus on DPSs that are easier to build and give them results fast. Unless you have your heart set on building a Crimson DPS team early on, Flack might not be a good choice for beginning players (though nothing is stopping you from getting at least one copy to use as a support unit, though there are other witches that are also useful at one copy with more essential buffs/debuffs).
