Strong Crimson Debuffer and Secondary DPS

Just like other Crimson units, Flack trades HP for damage. Both her first and second active skills can deal damage equal to 790% ATK (with LR UW) and 1120% ATK respectively. But that's not all she is. Flack's first skill, The Trick and the Shot, can debuff a target's EVD and incoming healing potency by up to 50% if she has at least one other Crimson Soul ally in the party with her. If she has her unique weapon at UR rarity, this debuff will last for up to four turns, which can mess up any units that rely on healing themselves or need EVD to survive hits.

Aside from that, her second passive, The Greatest Smile increases both her own ATK and the Debuff ACC, as well as the ATK and Debuff ACC of two allies with the highest ATK. This can make her work very well with Crimson DPSs like Artoria and other DPS characters that can inflict debuffs.

Flack's base SPD should be enough to help her keep up with Crimson allies (since she has a SPD self-buff as her first passive), though she may need more to be at least the last witch to move in her team before anyone on the enemy team can.

Great for Crimson Comps, Fairly Universal Debuffer Otherwise

So far, Flack's only setbacks are her damage mechanics and her relatively mid SPD. But once you get past these hurdles, you have a relatively easy to use and somewhat flexible (needs only +1 Crimson ally in the party) debuffer and secondary DPS that can help you deal with high EVD enemies and self-healing tanks/DPSs.

Give Flack More Debuff ACC, ACC, and ATK/PM DEF Break Depending on Use

If you are using Flack as a pure support debuffer, you only really need to give her Debuff ACC runes to make sure she inflicts those debuffs of hers. However, you may also need to use SPD runes to make her catch up with her allies, depending on how high their SPD is compared to hers (taking Flack's SPD buff into account).

If you are using her as a secondary DPS also though, it won't hurt to give her ACC runes, as well as ATK/DEX or PM DEF Break runes.

Flack can be a support/secondary DPS in any usual Crimson team setup with the core being her, Artoria, and Lucille. Flack buffs Lucille and Artoria's ATK and Debuff ACC, they do their moves, and she moves last with her EVD and healing potency debuffs.

Additionally, starting from the 2nd turn, at the start of each turn, if the number of enemies afflicted with debuffs is 3 or more, Knack for Smiles is regranted to Flack.
