Rubert Empire Mechanical Cogwheel	You obtain 50 Cosmic Fragments each time you enter a domain. If the Cosmic Fragment total exceeds 500, then the Curio will be destroyed and all Cosmic Fragments will be lost.

Thalan Toxi-Flame	Upon entering battle, the character with the highest ATK consumes HP equal to 24% of their Max HP at the start of each turn. At the same time, their SPD increases by 5%, up to 5 times.
The Pinkest Collision	Upon entering battle, all allies' Break Effect increases by 20% for every Blessing of a different Path possessed.
Tonic of Efficacious Chaos	Increases DMG dealt by characters' Techniques by 200%. Technique DMG further increases by 200% of the Technique's respective character's Max HP.
Tousled Detective	When entering Combat: Swarm, Occurrence: Swarm, and Boss: Swarm domains, increases characters' DMG dealt by 8% in the above domains.

Negative Curios

Negative Curios provide persisting debuffs to your characters such as reducing their ATK and losing Energy. They will only disappear once a Simulated Universe stage ends or you encounter an Occurrence that can remove them.

Obtained at the Start of Simulated Universe

After doing a run of Simulated Universe, you will eventually unlock a Blessing of Trailblaze that allows you to start a run with a random Curio.

How to Use Curios

After obtaining a Curio, the effects are automatically applied. Curios with persistent effects will continue to apply their effects until they are removed from your possession. You can view the Curios you have picked up in a run by pressing the Simulated Universe button beside the minimap.
