Tribbie's banner (Back to Fons et Origo) was previously available in Phase 1 of Version 3.1, from February 25, 2025 until March 19, 2025 for NA servers. For Asia and EU servers, she was available from February 26, 2025 instead.

Featured in Tribbie's banner were Lynx, Hook, and Guinaifen as the 4-Star Rate-up characters.

Mydei Banner Released on March 19

Mydei's banner (Fiery Lionheart) has been released in the second phase of Version 3.1. Mydei's banner is currently available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 for all servers.

Arlan, Xueyi, and Natasha are the featured 4-star characters that are available in his banner.

Huohuo's banner (Bloom in Gloom) is currently having another rerun for the second phase of Version 3.1. Huohuo's banner runs from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 for all servers.

Brilliant Fixation for Version 3.1 previously featured Tribbie's If Time Were a Flower Light Cone in Phase 1. If Time Were a Flower was available from February 25, 2025 (NA Server) until March 19, 2025 alongside Planetary Rendezvous, Post-Op Conversation, and Trend of the Universal Market as the featured 4-Star Light Cones.

For the second phase, the featured 5-star Light Cone is Mydei's Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path. It is currently available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 and features A Secret Vow, Perfect Timing, and Memories of the Past as the rate-up 4-Star Light Cones.

Bygone Reminiscence has returned in Version 3.1. Phase 1 featured Yunli's Light Cone, Dance at Sunset while Phase 2 currently features Huohuo's Night of Fright Light Cone.

Dance at Sunset was available from February 25, 2025 (February 26, 2025 for Asia/EU servers) until March 19, 2025 for NA servers. Night of Fright is available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025.

Mydei and Tribbie for Version 3.1

Tribbie and Mydei are the new characters in Version 3.1. Tribbie is a 5-star Harmony and Quantum character that was released on February 25, 2025 for the NA Server and February 26, 2025 for Asia/EU Servers.

Mydei is a 5-star character that follows the Path of Destruction and uses the Imaginary element. He was released on March 19, 2025 for Phase 2 of Version 3.1.

Yunli and Huohuo Reruns for Version 3.1

Yunli had her first-ever rerun during the first phase of Version 3.1. Yunli was available in her rerun banner, Earth Hurled, Ether Curled, from February 25, 2025 until March 19, 2025 for the NA server.

Huohuo is currently having another rerun during phase 2 of Version 3.1. Huohuo's rerun banner (Bloom in Gloom) is available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 for all servers.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 New Light Cones

There are three new light cones that were released in Version 3.1. If Time Were a Flower is Tribbie's Light Cone that was previously available in the first phase of Version 3.1.

In the second phase of Version 3.1, Mydei's Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path is the featured 5-Star Light Cone. Memory's Curtain Never Falls is another new Light Cone that can be obtained in The Herta's Store.

The rerun Light Cones for Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.1 are Yunli's Dance at Sunset and Huohuo's Night of Fright. Both Light Cones are available in the Bygone Reminiscence.

Two new Planar Ornaments are available in Version 3.1! The two Planar Ornaments are Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding and Bone Collection's Serene Demesne.

The planar ornaments can obtained through the Divergent Universe's Planar Ornament Extraction and by defeating the Savage and Mad God, Incarnation of Strife boss.

New Flame Reaver of the Deepest Dark Boss in Version 3.1

A new boss called the Flame Reaver of the Deepest Dark is now available in the Version 3.1 update! This boss can summon clones to the field to attack your party!

The boss also gains buffs by absorbing the clones it summons and can unleash attacks that may devastate your party if you allow it to absorb its clones.

New Ascension Materials

Two new character ascension materials were added in 3.1. Harbinger of Strife is an Imaginary character ascension material. Darkveil Moonlight is a character ascension material for Quantum characters that Tribbie will be using.

New Tears of Souls Item

Tears of Souls is a new item that can be obtained from Divergent and Simulated Universe enemies. Tear of Souls can be used as a substitute for enemy material drops if you don't have materials during Trace leveling or character ascension.

Divergent Universe: Protean Hero

A new Divergent Universe update is now available in Version 3.1 called Protean Hero. In this Divergent Universe update, there will be a new system called The Golden Blood's Boon as well as new gameplay additions.

◆ An update to the Build Guide was added to Version 3.1. Assigning a character to the Build Target will now display the required materials for Character Building and allow quick access to corresponding stages. .
◆ 2-star materials can now be directly used to synthesize into 4-star materials for Version 3.1..
◆ Enemies in the Divergent Universe and Simulated Universe will now drop Tears of Souls.
