The Herta's main appeal is that she can do greatly across all endgame content even with only free-to-play party members like Serval, Herta, and Remembrance Trailblazer.

You can skip The Herta if you have a lot of built Erudition units or don't struggle in Pure Fiction. If you decide to pull for The Herta, she will be a worthwhile addition to your account due to her DPS.

Jade acts like a secondary DPS in most teams and is mostly effective on content like Pure Fiction and anything that requires you to fight five enemies.

Only pull for Jade if you have some AoE units built since her best synergies are with other DPS units that can attack all enemies.

Should You Pull For Feixiao?

Feixiao is currently the strongest The Hunt DPS in the game right now. Feixiao's Follow-up Attacks and Ultimate deal a lot of single-target DMG to an enemy.

If you have Robin and in need of a DPS that can take on Memory of Chaos or Apocalyptic Shadow, then go ahead and pull for Feixiao!

Should You Pull For Lingsha?

Lingsha is a great healer who can restore HP and cleanse allies with her Follow-up attacks. Lingsha's kit also has a great AoE, which means she can easily inflict Weakness Break on multiple Fire-weak enemies.

As long as you have Break DPS characters like Firefly, Rappa, or Boothill, Lingsha will serve as an upgrade to their teams. You can also choose to skip Lingsha if you have Gallagher as an effective Break healer.

Into the Unreachable Veil is a great quality of life Light Cone that provides Skill DMG bonus and SP-restoration after the user activates their Ultimate.

Into the Unreachable Veil will allow The Herta to be played more comfortably since Skill Points are easier to manage with it. Characters with a high energy cost like Argenti can also use this Light Cone.

Only pull for this if you want your playthroughs with your Erudition units to be more comfortable, since a lot of Erudition Light Cones are already suffice enough for most characters in the path.

Yet Hope Is Priceless is a nice Light Cone that provides a DMG buff to the user's Follow-up attack. This Light Cone is mostly synergistic towards Jade, so only pull for Yet Hope Is Priceless if you want a DMG upgrade.

Should You Pull for I Venture Forth to Hunt?

I Venture Forth to Hunt provides a ton of Ultimate DMG Bonus when the user unleashes two Follow-up attacks. I Venture Forth to Hunt is meant as a significant upgrade for Feixiao.

Dr. Ratio and Moze can use this to a lesser extent since they can deal DMG with their Ultimate, but it isn't a main source of damage. Only pull for this Light Cone if you want Feixiao to be at her strongest.

Scent Alone Stays True is meant for healers like Lingsha and Gallagher since it provides a ton of Break Effect and can help allies deal more DMG.

While very effective, Scent Alone Stays True isn't a must-pull since the Abundance units mentioned are already great even without this Light Cone.

Honkai: Star Rail follows the exact same pity rules as Genshin Impact. Characters are guaranteed to appear after 90 pulls while Light Cones only need 80 pulls.

After 300 rolls in the Stellar Warp Banner, players are eligible for a 5-star Selector. This is only available once per account so choose wisely!

Like in Genshin Impact, pity in Character and Light Cone Event Banners carries over so your pulls are not exactly wasted.
