The Dahlia is the latest upgrade for since she provides Super Break DMG on enemies that aren't Weakness Broken. This is a needed improvement since Break teams can struggle against enemies that can turn off their Toughness meter.
We recommend pulling for The Dahlia if you have a premium Break DPS such as Rappa, Boothill, and especially Firefly.

Should You Pull For Firefly?
Firefly is a powerful Break DPS who can implant the Fire Weakness onto enemies and deal tons of damage to Weakness Broken enemies.
Pull for Firefly if you have other premium units like The Dahlia, Fugue, and Lingsha. If you don't have or don't plan on pulling these units, you can consider skipping Firefly.
Should You Pull for Saber?
Saber is a strong Destruction DPS who can deal high amounts of Skill and Ultimate DMG. While technical to use, Saber can be super effective in all Endgame content if used optimally.
Pull for Saber if you really like her have units that provide turn advance like Sunday or Bronya, or units that restore energy like Huohuo. If you already have a strong Wind DPS, you can consider skipping Saber.
Do note that once Saber's Banner has ended, Saber will be gone forever.
Should You Pull for Archer?
Archer is a free Hunt DPS that specializes in single-target Skill DMG. The real question is whether or not his Eidolons are worth investing on.
Archer's Eidolons will provide quality of life upgrades for his Skill usage at E1 and damage upgrades from E2 onwards. This is great to pull for if you don't plan on pulling Sparkle for Archer.
At E0, Archer is already a strong DPS, but he requires the best Supports for his teams or Eidolons as a solo unit.

Should I Pull for Never Forget Her Flame?
Never Forget Her Flame provides The Dahlia with a lot of Break Effect, the main stat that her Yet Another Funeral Bonus Ability scales with. This increases the Break Effect given to her allies since it scales with her own Break Effect.
While a nice Light Cone to have, it's not a must-pull since this mostly works on Breat teams. You can also go with other alternatives such as Long Road Leads Home or the 4-star alternatives.

Should I Pull for Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest?
Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest is amazing for Break DPS units like Firefly since the Light Cone provides them a ton of Break Effect and the Routed debuff makes their enemies take more Break DMG!
While Firefly's best-in-slot by far, if you can clear content without it, you don't need to pull for this Light Cone. You can use alternatives for Firefly such as On the Fall of an Aeon or Indelible Promise

Should You Pull for A Thankless Coronation?
A Thankless Coronation is amazing for Saber since it provides her DMG, gives her bonus ATK, and her much needed Energy Regen.
While this is Saber's best-in-slot, other Light Cones such as Thus Burns the Dawn or On the Fall of an Aeon should suffice if you're saving up for other characters.

Should You Pull for The Hell Where Ideals Burn?
The Hell Where Ideals Burn is Archer's best Light Cone since it provides a permanent CRIT Rate buff and boosts his ATK through Skill Usage. This Light Cone can be easily attained if you plan on pulling in the Version 3.4 banners.
If you plan on saving your Stellar Jades, you can skip this Light Cone since other 5-star Light Cones are usable on Archer. If you want to invest on Archer, we recommend getting his Light Cone!

Honkai: Star Rail follows the exact same pity rules as Genshin Impact. Characters are guaranteed to appear after 90 pulls while Light Cones only need 80 pulls.

After 300 rolls in the Stellar Warp Banner, players are eligible for a 5-star Selector. This is only available once per account so choose wisely!

Like in Genshin Impact, pity in Character and Light Cone Event Banners carries over so your pulls are not exactly wasted.

Anonymous over 2 years"Take note that if you get a 5-star earlier than 50 pulls, you will not get another 5-star on your 50th pull. " That's not necessarily true. Let it be known, you can get an extra 5 star after you get your guaranteed one.
