Celestial Invitation, otherwise known as the Character Event Warp Optimization, is a feature introduced in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2. Check out how this feature works, which warp banners you can customize, and the customizable limited 5-star characters here!

How to Use Celestial Invitation
Customize Non-Featured Characters in Character Event Warp
The Celestial Invitation window can be opened from any on-going Character Event Warp. The player will then be able to choose 7 characters from the Character Catalog on the left side of the window.
The 7 characters can be a mix of characters from the Standard Character pool and the available limited 5-star characters. Once done selecting, click Confirm Edit to save the selected characters.
Note: The player must have selected exactly 7 characters to be able to click Confirm Edit.
New Customizable Character Event Warp
Customizable Non-Featured 5-Star Characters in Version 3.2
From Version 3.2 onwards, players will be able to customize the non-featured 5-star characters in the Character Event Warp (Limited Character Warp).
On top of the permanent 5-star characters, limited 5-star characters can now be added into the Character Event Warp pool. When customizing, players must choose exactly 7 characters from the combined pool of permanent and limited 5-star characters available.
Does Not Affect Warp Rates
There will still be a 50% chance to obtain the featured 5-star character and a 50% chance to obtain one of the non-featured 5-star characters chosen by the player. The probability among the 7 units is equally split.
Only Applicable to Character Event Warp
This feature is exclusive only to the Character Event Warp. It is also known as the Rate-up Banner, where the featured character has a 50% drop-boost. This warp banner changes its featured characters twice every version.
The Character Event Warp Optimization is not applicable to the Light Cone Event Warp, Stellar Warp, and Departure Warp. The Stellar Warp will still have the same 7 5-star characters as before.
