Is Hyacine Worth Pulling?
Hyacine is an extremely fast and effective Remembrance healer that can heal all party members and deal decent damage. Her high SPD stat allows her to have at least two turns per wave when built properly.
While Hyacine can be used in any team, she works especially well with Castorice thanks to her abundant healing and HP consumption for Newbud generation.
If you have Castorice or in need of a limited sustain, Hyacine is worth pulling for. If you already have a lot of Sustain units, you can consider skipping Hyacine.
Should I Get Hyacine's Light Cone?
Hyacine's Light Cone, Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky, is a Light Cone that provides a high SPD stat and increases the damage taken by enemies.
While this is Hyacine's best Light Cone, it's not necessary to have to bring out her full potential. It does however, allow Hyacine to be a great Sustain for Acheron or Blade since the effect can help dish out their strongest attacks quicker.
Should you choose to skip Hyacine's Light Cone, you can go for Memory's Curtain Never Falls, which is a free-to-play Light Cone that's almost as effective.

This Hyacine build requires a high amount of SPD from the Light Cone, Relics, and sub-stats. Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder and Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding are her best relics since they provide SPD and improve her support capabilty.
Hyacine will need a lot of SPD to activate the full effect of Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding and fully utilize her Tempestuous Halt Bonus Ability.
As for Hyacine's other stats, her kit scales off the HP stat. Since Hyacine has a 100% CRIT Rate, getting CRIT DMG stats is beneficial to increase her overall damage.
How Much Speed does Hyacine Need?

Hyacine will need more than 200 SPD during combat since this will activate the Tempestuous Halt Bonus Ability. This can be achieved by using her best Relics and having at least two SPD sub-stat rolls for each Relic piece.
Reaching the 200 SPD threshold should be enough, but you can go beyond that since each 1 SPD above 200 will increase Hyacine's healing output.

Aside from SPD, HP is also an essential stat for her damage and healing. Getting at least 4500 HP prior to combat will make your runs comfortable.
Getting some CRIT DMG stats is nice to have since Hyacine will always deal critical hits. You don't need to stress about how much CRIT DMG Hyacine needs since her main role is to keep the party alive.

Hyacine is the best sustain unit for teams centered on the HP stat. Characters like Castorice, Tribbie, and Blade will have their damage increased from Hyacine's Ultimate.
Hyacine works best with units that drain the party's HP since she can provide healing when HP gets reduced. This is especially useful for Castorice since Hyacine's healing can help generate more Newbud than any other Sustain.
