In Swarm Disaster, you can encounter Periodic Demon Lord in an Occurrence Domain.
Periodic Demon Lord is an event that can also be encountered in the Region - Encounter of the regular Simulated Universe game mode.

Do note that when you encounter the Nihility: IX event, you can only select one from the three choices of Nihility Blessings randomly selected by the game.

Simulated Universe World 4 Guide
The best way to farm Swarm Disaster Events is to use the Path of Remembrance in order to take advantage of its Recollection effect. By running Remembrance, some Dice Effects allow you to duplicate Domains and apply Recollection to them. The Dice Effect Genesis of Intellect for example can copy all Domains with Recollection to their adjacent Domains.
We recommend duplicating Occurrence or Reward Domains to maximize your chances of encountering a particular event!
Simulated Universe Events are activities that occur when entering non-combat labeled Domains. These events are random and clearing them will usually reward you with Cosmic Fragments, Blessings, and Curios during your run!
You can obtain 20 Stellar Jades after you encounter an event for the first time. You can view unlocked events by accessing the Simulated Universe Index menu.
