Should You Pull for Xueyi?

Xueyi is a DPS character who focuses on utilizing Break Effect, reducing enemy Toughness, and using Karma stacks for follow-up attacks. She's a unique character because her damage scales with Break Effect, which is a stat not many characters use or focus on.

If you want to try out a unique DPS character with an interesting kit or want to try using Break Effect teams, then Xueyi would be a good character to pull and try out.

How to Get Xueyi

Pull from Robin Banner in Phase 1 of 2.2

Xueyi will also be available as a rate-up character in Robin's Banner, Just Intonation, during Phase 1 of Version 2.2. The banner is expected to run from May 07, 2024 to May 29, 2024.

Xueyi's DMG can be increased based on the amount of Break Effect she has thanks to her first Bonus Ability. Xueyi can benefit from the full set of Genius of Brilliant Stars as she can deal more Quantum DMG and ignore enemy DEF.

Talia: Kingdom of Banditry will be her best Ornament as she can get more Break Effect as long as she has 145 SPD.

Talent Builds Karma Through Depleting Toughness

Xueyi's attacks will let her gain stacks of Karma through depleting the enemy's Toughness. Xueyi can also gain Karma stacks when other allies deplete the enemy's Toughness.

Unleash a Follow-up Attack with Karma

When Xueyi collects enough stacks of Karma, a Follow-up Attack will be inflicted on a single target, dealing Quantum DMG against that enemy!

Ultimate Ignores Enemy Weakness

Xueyi's Ultimate deals Quantum DMG to a single enemy and will deplete their Toughness regardless if the enemy has a Quantum Weakness or not. The more Toughness Xueyi depletes, the higher the damage her Ultimate will deal!

Skill Deals AoE DMG

Xueyi's Skill is pretty simple. Her Skill deals Quantum DMG to a single target and also to adjacent enemies.

Technique Deals Quantum DMG

Xueyi's Technique simply lets her attack an enemy in the overworld and then deal Quantum DMG to all enemies in combat.

Skill	Iniquity Obliteration: Deals Quantum DMG equal to 70% of Xueyi's ATK to a single enemy, and Quantum DMG equal to 35% of Xueyi's ATK to any adjacent enemies.
Talent	Karmic Perpetuation: When Xueyi reduces enemy Toughness with attacks, Karma will be stacked. The more Toughness is reduced, the more stacks of Karma are added, up to 8 stacks. When Xueyi's allies reduce enemy Toughness with attacks, Xueyi gains 1 stack(s) of Karma. When Karma reaches the max number of stacks, consumes all current Karma stacks and immediately launches a follow-up attack against an. enemy target, dealing DMG for 3 times, with each time dealing Quantum DMG equal to 45% of Xueyi's ATK to a single random enemy. This follow-up attack will not add Karma stacks.
Ultimate	Divine Castigation: Deals Quantum DMG equal to 150% of Xueyi's ATK to a single target enemy. This attack ignores Weakness Types and reduces the enemy's Toughness. When the enemy's Weakness is Broken, the Quantum Weakness Break effect is.triggered. In this attack, the more Toughness is reduced, the higher the DMG will be dealt, up to a max of 36.0% increase.
Technique	Summary Execution: Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering combat, deals 80% of Xueyi's ATK as Quantum DMG to all enemies.
Basic ATK	Mara-Sunder Awl: Deals 50% of Xueyi's ATK as Quantum DMG to a single target enemy.
Bonus Ability	Claiyvoyant Loom: Increases DMG dealt by this unit by an amount equal to 100% of Break Effect, up to a maximum DMG increase of 240%. Stat Bonus: 1. Max HP +4.0% 2. Break Effect +5.3% 3. Quantum DMG +3.2%
