What is Healing?

Honkai Star Rail - Healing and How to Recover HP - Healing Info
Healing is a means of restoring HP to either your active character or your allies. In Honkai: Star Rail and other turn-based RPGs, healing is essential since it is what makes your party survive.

Although there are other means of getting by such as shields and damage reduction, healing is still one of the best ways to ensure your party's survivability.

How to Heal and Recover HP

Heal Using Space Anchors

Honkai Star Rail - Healing and How to Recover HP - Space Anchor
While exploring the world of Honkai: Star Rail, you will eventually come across Space Anchors. Space Anchors serve as teleport waypoints around the map and also as a station to heal your characters.

These anchors are scattered all around the maps in the game and can be unlocked by making your way to them and unlocking them. Warring Expeditions also have Space Anchors and they are mainly used to heal as well.

Use Anchor Energy Efficiently

Space Anchors have a resource called Anchor Energy. This is what the anchor uses to heal your characters when they have lost HP. This recharges overtime once used so you do not have to worry about it running out.

You can also select which characters would be receiving healing or not, as well as a handy Recover All button to make your life easier.

Heal Using Characters
