Is Herta Worth It?
Herta is great for game modes such as Pure Fiction and Simulated Universe thanks to her AoE Follow-up Attacks. While her DMG is lacking against tougher enemies, Herta will have no problem defeating waves of smaller enemies.
If you want another Erudition DPS that can help you farm in Calyxes and beat Pure Fiction, Herta is worth building for.

Herta's best build involves equipping the Hunter of Glacial Forest to increase her CRIT DMG whenever she uses her Ultimate.
Sigonia, the Unclaimed Desolation will be Herta's best ornament thanks to its ability to increase her CRIT DMG for every enemy taken out.

Since Herta will get a lot of CRIT DMG stats from her best Relic sets, focus on getting more CRIT Rate to even out the CRIT Ratio. As for her SPD, we recommend having at least 134 SPD to take more turns. Higher SPD is even better, but try to hit SPD Breakpoints.

The Remembrance Trailblazer is a great pair with Herta to deal massive amount of AoE DMG through Follow-up attacks and True DMG.

Herta Gameplay Guide
Ice DMG Sub-DPS
Herta's kit does not offer much aside from DMG. Her multipliers are pretty low, which makes her a better fit for a Sub-DPS role.
Her talent allows her to do follow-up attacks on all enemies whenever an enemy drops to half health. This makes Herta effective in Calyx auto-farming team compositions.
Inflict Ice DMG to All Enemies with Skill
Herta's Skill One-Time Offer is a simple AoE attack on all enemies dealing Ice DMG. Enemies not at half HP will take 20% more DMG from this skill.
More Ice DMG with Ultimate
Just like her Skill, Herta's Ultimate It's Magic, I Added Some Magic deals Ice DMG to all enemies but with a higher multiplier.
