Is Aglaea Worth Pulling?
Aglaea is the first ever Remembrance DPS introduced in the game and she represents her path well. Aglaea is one of the fastest DPS units in the game and her DMG during Supreme Stance is very powerful with the right Support units.
If you already have strong Lightning DPS units like Acheron or Jing Yuan (with Sunday), you can consider skipping Aglaea. Nevertheless, Aglaea is a great DPS to pull for especially if you have Sunday.
Should I Get Aglaea's Light Cone?
Aglaea's Light Cone, Time Woven Into Gold, provides a lot of buffs that benefit her. This provides SPD, CRIT DMG buffs, and a Basic ATK DMG buff where most of her DMG comes from.
While it is a powerful Light Cone on Aglaea, you can consider skipping this if you have other Light Cones such as Sweat Now, Cry Less, Geniuses' Greetings, or even Reminiscence. Instead, we recommend getting her E1 as this helps with her hefty Energy cost.

Aglaea is built as your typical DPS with CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG stats. Hero of Triumphant Song and The Wondrous BananAmusement Park will provide a ton of buffs to Aglaea just for having a memosprite.
Energy Rope is needed for Aglaea since you want to prevent the buff from her Ultimate from falling off, which means having energy is important. ATK Rope can only be considered if you have both Sunday and Huohuo since they'll be filling the gap of the missing Energy regen.

A basic recommendation for Aglaea's Speed is around 134/135 SPD and as high as 160/161 SPD before buffs. This is to ensure you're not too slow outside of the buff window from her Ultimate.
If you have Sunday or another turn adv unit on your team, Aglaea should be 1 SPD higher than them. This is why we recommend Aglaea to be 135/161 SPD so that a turn advance unit can be put at the 134/160 SPD breakpoint.
For CRIT stats, getting close to a 100% CRIT Rate is important since Aglaea is usually paired with units who provide CRIT DMG buffs. As for CRIT DMG, trying to reach a high amount while also managing a high CRIT Rate and SPD stats will be difficult. But getting around +120% CRIT DMG should be feasible for Aglaea.

Aglaea Gameplay Guide
Skill Summons Garmentmaker
Aglaea's Skill will summon her mannequin called the Garmentmaker. The Garmentmaker is a summon that will act as a different unit in combat, which means they can be affected by attacks and status effects.
If the Garmentmaker attacks or gets hit, they will recover Aglaea's energy. The Garmentmaker's SPD will also increase when they attack the enemy.
Talent Applys A Mark on a Target
Aglaea can apply a mark on an enemy simply by attacking. The Garmentmaker will attack enemies with the mark inflicted by Aglaea.
Perform Enhanced Basic Attacks with Ultimate
After using Aglaea's Ultimate, her SPD will be increased and she can perform a joint Enhanced Basic Attack with the Garmentmaker summon.
Upon attacking enemies with the Enhanced Basic Attack, the Garmentmaker's SPD increases further.
