Daily Missions become available in Honkai: Star Rail after you reach Trailblaze Level 10 and finish the Long Wait for the Blade's Edge mission on Jarilo-VI. Read on for a list of all Daily Missions, including info on how to unlock them and their rewards for completion!

Daily Training and Daily Missions will unlock after players complete the Trailblaze Mission: Long Wait for the Blade's Edge - the seventh mission of the Jarilo-VI main quest chain.
List of All Trailblaze Missions and Rewards
Trailblaze Level and EXP after only doing Main Story missions and opening two chests.
While there has been no definite Trailblaze Level requirement for unlocking Daily Training and Daily Missions, players will be, at minimum, Trailblaze Level 10 if they only play the main story from Herta Space Station all the way to Long Wait for the Blade's Edge in Jarilo-VI.
All Daily Missions will reward players with 5000 Credits and 200+ Activity Points depending on how high your Equilibrium Level! Activity Points are used to fill up your Daily Training meter to receive rewards for every 100 points reached.
Unlike regular missions, Daily Missions do not reward you with Trailblaze EXP.
Each 100 Activity Point milestone in your Daily Training tab will reward you with a set amount of Trailblaze EXP and items. Check out the list below for a complete list of Daily Training milestone rewards all the way to the 500 max cap.

Should update this to mention that higher equilibrium levels also upgrades the trailblaze experience you get. Equilibrium 3 is 290 per objective instead of 200, for example.
