Phone Cases are a type of cosmetic tied to your unlocked characters. Each character a player owns will have their own unique phone case when opening the Phone Menu in-game.

Stellar Couture
Stellar Couture is another cosmetic type that was added in Version 3.7. While these aren't full-fledged character skins, they can alter some aspects of a character's model and animations. For now, Cyrene's bow skin is the only Stellar Couture that was added to the game.
How to Use Cosmetics
Profile Pictures are Set via the Phone Menu
To set your profile picture in-game, open the phone menu and click on the profile picture of your account next to your account name. Select a picture from the list that appears and hit Confirm to switch profile pictures.
Phone Cases Can be Viewed by Opening Your Phone
You can get a clear view of your Character's Phone Case while navigating through the Phone Menu as opening up the menu will showcase an animation of your character using the Phone.
Speech Bubbles Can be Changed via Messages or Friend Chat
Speech Bubbles can be set by going to either Messages or Friend Chat and clicking on the Speech Bubble icon with a gear. You can find it at the bottom left area of the screen for both cases.
Wallpapers are Set via the Phone Menu
To change your Phone Wallpaper, click on the ellipses button near your name at the top of the Menu and the Phone Wallpaper option should appear. Select it to open the customization screen and switch your Wallpaper.
Namecards are Set via the Trailblaze Profile Menu
Namecards can be changed via the Namecard Settings found in the Trailblaze Profile menu. You can open your Trailblaze Profile via the Phone Menu.
Summon Pets from Your Inventory
To equip a Pet, open up your Inventory and click on the round bell icon. Select the pet you want to equip and click on the Summon button to bring it out!
Change Outfits in the Party Car
You can switch Pom-Pom's Outfit by accessing Pom-Pom's Coatroom in the first floor of the Party Car!
Furnish Your Room with Decor Customization
Access the Duty Schedule in the Trailblazer's Room, open the Renovation Planner, and click on the Decor Customization button at the bottom left to decorate your room!
Change Skins in the Character Screen
Go to the Characters screen and select the character whose outfit you want to change. Then, click on the Fashion tab to open up the list of skins you can choose from.
Equip Trailblaze Fashion as Headgear
Trailblaze Fashion can be equipped onto the Trailblazer as a headgear item. To put a Trailblaze Fashion item on, just select the Trailblazer in the Characters screen and look for the item you want to wear in the Outfits tab.
